Lindsay,
Attached are a colored site plan map and City staffs Report / Recommendation to the Planning & Zoning
Board for the proposed Bella Vira, Project Development Plan out on South Overland Trail. This
proposal is scheduled to go to the Board's public hearing next Thursday night, May 18th, for a decision.
The proposal is for 60 single-family detached homes and 25 multi -family dwelling units on about 35 acres.
The multi -family units would be at the corner of South Overland Trail and West Elizabeth Street (as it
would extend west into this property). There are 2 existing streets in the Ponds @ Overland Trail that
would extend into this property, providing additional access to the new development.
