This includes the PDP and FDP fees. 30% of this total will need to be submitted prior to the project going to hearing This is: $9,857.66 and 70% of this total will need to be submitted prior to the development agreement and mylars being signed. This is: $23,001.20 In addition to the fee identified above the applicant is responsible for the county filing fees for recording the development agreement. This amount is determined when we have a final development agreement and know how many pages that document is. Also if there are any off -site easements that are needed for this project the associated processing and filing fees will be due for them at the time the documents are submitted for review.
