On Thursday, September 17, 2009, at the regular meeting of the City of Fort
Collins Planning and Zoning Board, the Board voted 6 —1 to approve the
Modification of Standard to Section 3.5.2(C)(1)(2) of the Land Use Code and also
voted 6 —1 to approve Presidio Apartments P.D.P„ #25-09.
