Here are the changes we are proposing to the overall unit count and
floor areas:
Total project floor area (residential/commercial): INCREASED by 18,689
sf
Total residential dwelling units: INCREASED by 23 units
Total commercial floor area: REDUCED by 3,498 sf
Let me know if this doesn't give you what you need.
Thanks,
Dan

Dan, in order to more accurately detemine fees, please let us know how
much additional square footage (commercial/residential) is being added
or substracted and how many additional dwelling units.
Thanks.
Peter

Peter and Ted:
We are getting close to our submittal for this Major Amendment that we
discussed back in January. Can you help me establish the fees due for
this application (or direct me to the person who can help me with this)
Thanks in advance,
Dan Rotner
