On Thursday, August 8, 2013, at the regular meeting of the City of Fort Collins Planning
and Zoning Board, the Board voted 6 — 0 to approve Feeders Supply Project
Development Plan, #130012, subject to the following condition:
At the time of submittal for Final Plan, and in order to comply with Section
3.4.7, the applicant shall provide architectural elevations for the Feeders
Supply Building that depict only two windows on the upper level of the
southwest elevation, and that these windows shall be subordinate in size to
the existing windows so as to not compete visually with the existing
building details.
Also, please note that during the deliberation of the P.D.P., the Planning and Zoning
Board directed, and the applicant agreed, that along the Willow Street elevation of the
historic Feeders Supply Warehouse Addition, the proposed new door and two flanking
windows shall be removed. Further, the existing sliding 5 — 0 door shall remain, fixed in
the open position, with the opening to be treated with storefront glass and door. Finally,
with the acknowledgement and permission of the Poudre Fire Authority, the fire
equipment room access door along the Willow Street elevation shall be removed as it is
not required by the Fire Code.
