of an exterior wall of the first story of the building is located more than 150
feet from fire apparatus access as measured by an approved route (from a

fire lane; designated an emergency access easement on the plat; visible by
painting and signage; and maintained unobstructed at all times. The HOA is

[2/ 13/07] As part of the Final Plan review there must be a Building
Elevation sheet (24" x 36"), with 4-sided elevations, for the proposed 25
multi -family buildings closest to Overland Trail. Just the colored 11" x 17"
sheets showing the front and rear elevations are not sufficient to review,
approve, and record. These elevations are different than the required
Architectural Standards information for the single-family homes on the
western portion of the development.

[2/6/07] Where are the "updated" Architectural Standards requested by
Natural Resources? Did not get a copy with the Final Compliance submittal.
Three (3) copies of the standards, which relate most to the single-family
homes on the west end of the development, must be submitted as soon as
possible. The Final Plans cannot be approved and recorded until the
standards are accepted by the City.

the Limits of Development must be shown on the Site, Landscape, and
Utility Plans.

Architectural Standards, adding the LOD around the buffer, inclusion of
prairie dog protection measures during construction in the development
agreement and wildlife letter for potential home owners.
