The remaining Y2 is collected at the time a building permit is issued. The Transportation Development Review Fee of $2,500.00 is due at time of the Major Amendment submittal. This fee is administered by the Engineering Department. Regarding the submittal requirements for the Major Amendment, I will have a New Project Routing Sheet available for you tomorrow morning to pick up at the Development Review Center, or I can FAX it to you when it is ready.
