Subject: Feeder Supply Project / Update
Attachments: Feeder Supply - Linden Perspective 5.pdf, Willow Apartments - Industrial 120312.pdf
Following up our meeting last week, I have made the changes requested:
1 - Attached please see the Linden Street Perspective of the Feeders Mill Building with the addition wall moved back to
behind the loading dock and double -door. (The first window just past that will be modified into a doorway for patrons and
employees to have the necessary access from the new addition entry, reception and bar areas into the Mill dining
room. The loading dock, loading dock doors and scale will now all be historical amenities in the outside patio area.)
2 - Attached please see the Willow Apartments redesigned to simulate a historical industrial building in a modern, simple,
elegant and historically respectful way. Building will be all dark red brick with grey stone base, grey stone lintels and dark
red brick sills. Also building will have all casement or fixed glass windows and doors.
Thanks again for your support of this challenging and edifying project, a) for a spectacular adaptive reuse of the Feeder
Supply building and Warehouse Addition as a destination restaurant and now also b) for the new construction of a very
unique and historically appropriate industrial style apartment building.
Best regards,
ion
