The following responses are to issues listed on the document entitled "STAFF PROJECT
REVIEW' issued by the City of Fort Collins and dated 7/31/09. The document was
prepared in regards to the PDP for Rocky Mountain Archery.

Investigation of the referenced websites revealed that most of the programs
available were for larger projects than this one. There was some interesting information
available regarding efficiencies, that is still being studied.
