Number: 18 The incorporation of a parking lot island would remove one of the eight spaces. Due to the limited number of parking spaces, it has been requested that the island requirement be waived. Street tree caliper increased to 2". Number: 19 Drive aisle dimensions shown. Number: 20 Trash receptacle to be shielded from view in the trash enclosure on the northeast corner of the building. (Ref: Receipt No. 143995) 9/2/09 Rocky Mountain Archery Project Review Responses The following responses are to issues listed on the document entitled "STAFF PROJECT REVIEW' issued by the City of Fort Collins and dated 7/31/09. The document was prepared in regards to the PDP for Rocky Mountain Archery. Department: Current Planning Topic: Green Building Number: 10 Investigation of the referenced websites revealed that most of the programs available were for larger projects than this one. There was some interesting information available regarding efficiencies, that is still being studied. Number: 11 The Integrated Design Assistance program was contacted, and a meeting to evaluate the optimum R-value insulation to use, is to be scheduled.
