the north right-of-way line of Vine Drive and the Point of Beginning; thence,
continuing along the west line of said parcel, North 00'14'18" East 209.42 feet; thence
continuing, North 00'54' 18" East 33.78 feet to the north line of said parcel; thence,
along said north line, South 84°19'28" East 72.18 feet; thence continuing along said
line, South 84°51'43" East 255.24 feet; thence, continuing, South 88'10'43" East
90.33 feet; thence South 01°26'47" West 184.18 feet; thence South 01°47'36" East
17.67 feet; thence South 01 °26'47" West 23.73 feet; thence South 15°5l'00" West
33.72 feet to the northerly right-of-way line of said Vine Drive; thence, along said
no right-of-way line, North 74°53'42" West 179.04 feet; thence continuing along
said northerly right-of-way line, North 89045142" West 230.98 feet to the Point of
Beginning.
