Dear Ted,
As owner of the property to the east of the proposed RM12 project I understand there
may be the need for me to provide an easement or dedicate some property for a joint
drive serving the RM12 project and any future development on my land to the east.
I am aware of this and will cooperate with RM12 and the consultant team to provide the
requirement approvals and grant the necessary property to make this work for both our
needs.
Please let me know if you need anything further from me at this time. It is my
understanding formal documents will be presented for my signature at a future date.
