Platte River must protect their interest in our easement for this area. We must, at all times, have the access and ability to operate and maintain this line. Based on the information we currently have in hand, Platte River is not in a position to approve of the current layout and use of our easement area for your proposed infiltration pond. Significant changes will be required that will not adversely impact our easement and our rights acquired for this easement. Please contact me at you earliest convenience if you have questions.
