I just received the packet from Current Planning for this project with the comment deadline of August 26, 2009.
Platte River must protect their interest in our easement for this area. We must, at all times, have the access and
ability to operate and maintain this line.
Based on the information we currently have in hand, Platte River is not in a position to approve of the current
layout and use of our easement area for your proposed infiltration pond. Significant changes will be required
that will not adversely impact our easement and our rights acquired for this easement.
