[1/13/10] Your estimate is under review and I should have the decision back by the end of
the week (1/15/10). The final amount plus a 25% contingency will be due at building permit.
We will also put this amount the Development Agreement which must be completed prior to
filing of the plans. An information sheet will be distributed to you at the staff meeting
(1/13/10) for your completion.
[9/16/09] (FC) This development is responsible for constructing the sidewalk along their
street frontage. However, there is a large cottonwood tree preventing that and it is not
possible to place the sidewalk around it. Therefor, a contribution in cash for the
unconstructed portion of the sidewalk in lieu of actually constructing it will be required prior
to the issuance of the DCP or excavation permit. An estimate for our review and approval
will be required prior to final plan approval.
