Mr. Bill Norris is the owner of the referenced property. Mr. Norris has purchased the
property for his daughters' main residence while attending C.S.U. as an undergraduate
student.
Mr. Norris is, wanting to extend a drain and water line from his existing utility service
lines inside the property boundaries, to the accessory building located, to the back of his
property.
