On a corner lot only one (1) street line shall be considered as a Front line, and the street to which the primary entrance of the principal building faces or to which the building is addressed, shall be considered the front line." Poudre Fire Authority prefers lots to be addressed off of the street they are accessed from. So this lot should be addressed off of Custer as we mentioned in the Conceptual. From the definition above your front door should also face the front of your lot, being Custer. Hope that helps.
