Yes, we are set for Monday, 5:15, 281 N. College, upstairs conference room. And, we are expecting a
Final Compliance submittal on Monday as well. Be sure to coordinate with Northern Engineering and
Martin and Martin so we can get P.F.A.'s emergency access easement and drainage easements placed
onto your Replat.
This may mean a re -submittal of the plat so Engineering and Utilities can review. Check with Emma on
how many sets we need.
Also, check with Emma on the Transportation Development Review Fee for the Replat.
I've attached the notification letter.

Ted: Can you please clarify ... will we need to re -submit so Engineering & Utilities can review? If so to
who? How long will it take?
