The objective is not detrimental to the public good because there are no exterior
or structural changes to the already existing auxiliary building in the rear of the
lot. The modification will promote the general standard equally well or better
because there are already auxiliary buildings with more than 600sft on the block
and higher ceiling even in the attic is far more comfortable for tall people.
