On Thursday, November 19, 2009, at the regular meeting of the City of Fort
Collins Planning and Zoning Board, the Board voted 7 = 0 to approve the request
for the Addition of Permitted Uses for 1124 West Mulberry Street. Specifically,
the Board voted to allow Professional Office and Bed.and Breakfast
Establishment With Six or Fewer Beds as permitted uses.
The Planning and Zoning Board ruled that adding the two proposed uses to 1124
West Mulberry Street is specifically conditioned such that the uses must be
contained within the existing structure.
In addition, the Planning and Zoning Board ruled that, the Bed and Breakfast
Establishment With Six or Fewer Beds shall be reviewed as a Project
Development Plan (P.D.P.) by the Planning and Zoning Board as a Type Two
review.
Please note that the time period during which to file an appeal of the Planning
and Zoning Board's decision expired on December 3, 2009 with no appeal being
filed.
