Dear Steve,
Attached is a Development Review Application requesting a change of use for the
commercial building at 2121 Midpoint Drive, adding "limited indoor recreational
establishment' as a permitted use.
The building owners, Building A, LLC and Frazier & Company Ventures, LLC, will be
leasing a space on the first floor to an operator of an indoor golf training and practice
facility. Current plans for the facility include four practice stations, a putting green and a
sand trap. This use is compatible and complementary to the other uses approved for this
building.
The operator would like to open for business as soon as possible. Per my meeting with
you last week, included with the Development Review Application are three copies of the
site plan detailing the proposed change and the $200 Small Project Fee.
Please let me know if there is any additional information required for the application to
be scheduled for public hearing during the January 21, 2010 Planning & Zoning board
meeting.
