Employment zone. The applicant states that the proposed space is less than 5000 square
feet, but doesn't state how large it actually is. The use, as a secondary use, is ok as long as
it doesn't exceed 25% of the total gross area of the development.
This item is scheduled for the January 21, 2010 Planning & Zoning Board public hearing.
