When we last talked, you were going to take that back to your Board for discussion. The City wants an agreement of some kind, a letter of intent/LOI, that your HOA wants, will accept the landscaping (or not). I realize we discussed that last, several months ago at the City's offices. Could you give me any updates, we're 4 We met some time ago to discuss the Ziegler -Harvest Park project @ County Fair Lane & Ziegler. Base on our earlier discussions about the HOA Detention Pond, we made some changes to our Landscape plan, reflecting the change in tree selections. We've provided 7 trees total, to be located along the east boundary of your pond, which include Boxelder and Plains Cottonwoods, as previously suggested. The City is requesting a formal LOI, that is an intent on the part of the HOA to take the trees for inclusion into your overall open space landscaping design. Please forward us something that states if you would like to accept the trees or otherwise... Please review the Plan above, offer any comments and/or contact me with any further questions.
