Todd
Thanks again for attending today and stepping in as our 'mediator' (of sorts) for the HOA.
I know we ended talking about some on -street parking for County Fair Lane but not sure we came to a formal
conclusion on the interior parking issue.
Please let me know that we have a consensus to move forward with the proposed 14 surface parking spaces...
interpreted from our discussions that there was general support for the project and the 'guest' parking would be
acceptable...
We'll get an updated tree landscape plan forwarded to you with the Boxelder and Cottonwoods, included...
Talk with you soon !!
Regards
Steve

Thank you Steve,
Appreciate your efforts and the conversation.
Yes on parking change acceptance. Am sure there will be broad support. Part of my
desire today was to get talking points' for the questions I will get in the neighborhood.
Would be surprised if you get much if any further input from the neighbors.

I am fairly certain that the Board would be in agreement with the items discussed.
I will copy the Board members and our property manager Russ Bartz for further
clarification.

Hi Todd
It's been a while since we talked, we've been working on the Ziegler project and the final Planning details. 1
was meeting with Sherry A -Clark and she asked for an update on the landscaping question. 1 apologize for not
following up sooner regarding the additional H-Park detention pond landscaping.
When we last talked, you were going to take that back to your Board for discussion. The City wants an
agreement of some kind, a letter of intent/LOI, that your HOA wants, will accept the landscaping (or not). I
realize we discussed that last, several months ago at the City's offices. Could you give me any updates, we're
4
We met some time ago to discuss the Ziegler -Harvest Park project @ County Fair Lane & Ziegler.
Base on our earlier discussions about the HOA Detention Pond, we made some changes to our Landscape plan,
reflecting the change in tree selections.
We've provided 7 trees total, to be located along the east boundary of your pond, which include Boxelder and
Plains Cottonwoods, as previously suggested.
The City is requesting a formal LOI, that is an intent on the part of the HOA to take the trees for inclusion into
your overall open space landscaping design. Please forward us something that states if you would like to
accept the trees or otherwise...
Please review the Plan above, offer any comments and/or contact me with any further questions.
Best regards,
Steve

Hello Steve,
I am no longer on the Board and therefore will not be a decision maker, however remain
interested in following progress and will provide input to our Board. I believe Sherry
made several notes during our last meeting and my recollection was that a summary
with sketch would be developed for the proposed landscaping at the boundary and along
the side of the Harvest detention area, perhaps initiated by you folks (?).

Hi Steve,
I am also cc'ing this e-mail to the Master Board as both Boards will need to respond on this issue. I have asked
Todd to give his opinion on the trees as he has been very involved in the McClelland Natural Area and then will
ask the members of both Boards to respond.
Thanks and we will try to be quick in responding to your request!

Hello Steve,
Both Harvest Board's recently met and approved your proposal for the trees. I am in the process of working
with the Associations grounds contractor to determine how much it would cost to run irrigation to the new trees.

Hello Jan & Todd
I wanted to follow-up on the trees and Harvest Park detention pond issue?
Do you have any updates for us, has this been discussed with your Boards? We're expecting to re -submit the Plans next
week and need to include your 'acceptance' letter (and/or if you've decided to decline) ...?
I am out of town next week (after today) but have included my Associate Katie, in the email list above. She can assist
with anything you may need.
Best regards,
Steve
