RE: Wetlands at Wood Street Property
Corps File No. NWO-2012-102-DEN
Dear Mr. Campana:
Reference is made to your December 30, 2012 site visit with Mr. Terry McKee of my office.
This project is located at 40.599389;-105.086757, Larimer County, Colorado. During this meeting it
was determined that the wetlands at this site have been accurately delineated and mapped as illustrated
on site map Figure 2 - Habitat Mapping for the Wood Street Property by Mr. Michael Phelan of Cedar
Creek Associates, Inc.
If any work associated with this project requires the placement of dredged or fill material, and
any excavation associated with a dredged or fill project into wetlands at this site, this office should be
notified by a proponent of the project for Department of the Army permits or changes in permit
requirements pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act.
Work in wetlands should be identified and shown on a map identifying the Quarter Section,
Township, Range and County and Latitude and Longitude, Decimal Degrees (datum NAD 83) and the
dimensions of work in the wetlands.
If there are any questions call Mr. Terry McKee at (303) 9794120 and reference Corps No.
NWO-2012-102-DEN.
Sincerely,
6rs

Openings in the foundation walls allow water from floods higher than the fill elevation
to enter the crawlspace and equalize the pressure on foundation walls.
