documentation needs to cite the specific code and code section which is being modified. i.e.
I assume they are seeking a modification to Section 4.2(E)(2)(c) of the Land Use Code. If that's
the section and the code, then it needs to be referenced in the request.

06106/2012: Engineering has reviewed the submittal on the basis of the modification only at this
time. During future submittals engineering will review the proposed site layout, accesses,
streets, etc. in more detail.

06/06/2012: The modification submittal mentions that the increase in dwelling units does not
have a relevant impact on increased traffic. However, it is possible that trip generation
calculations may change based on the difference between existing and proposed project
types. The traffic impact study will need to be reviewed in the future to determine if there is an
trip generation impact.
