Emme,
This project is on hold while we review the comments provided yesterday and determine a course of action
regarding the sustainability of this project. There is no feasible way for us to address the 50+ comments by this
Wednesday much less the next couple weeks and thus we will not be in attendance tomorrow. We will be in
touch to reschedule once we have had a chance to absorb these and determine the duration of time each will
take to accomplish.
I have left Jim Mokler an email informing him of this as well and whether he proceeds with the replat is up to
him at this point.

Rob, Brian and Cary,
During the meeting this morning we discussed the options of either dedicating all needed easements by separate document
or incorporating them into the replat.
Someone on your end needs to talk with Jim Mokler and see if he is open to coordinating these easements into the replat.
At our meeting with him and Northern Engineering last week, he was under the impression that the easements would not be
incorporated into the replat and they would be Air Care CO's responsibility to dedicate separately.
The replat is going to hearing next week, if the easements are to be incorporated, that will not push back the hearing but I
will need to mention it in my Staff Report, which 1 am working on currently.
Please let me know for sure by Monday the 8th.
Thanks,
Emma
