From: Schreiner, Cary [mailto:Cary.Schreiner@esph.com] Sent: Thursday, February 11, 2010 6:40 AM To: Jim Mokler Subject: RE: Replat Jim, Thank you for the update. Currently ESP upper brass is reviewing the additional requirements being required by the City of Ft. Collins to move this project forward. Unfortunately I don't believe a decision will be made before a broad a plan for Mexico later this evening. The primary concern is the City of Ft. Collins continued waffling back and forth as to whether this can be completed on time or not, the financial impact with all the additional requirements and whether our proposed building will work on this site now. Our experts have determined that there is no way this project is completed by September 2010 based on the comments made by Ted Sheppard and the review of the current requirements by the city. I anticipate a meeting will be held early next week to further discuss this situation. The snow storms back east have caused a delay in the process as our corporate office has been shut down due to the snow. When I have a better idea of the direction we plan to take regarding Ft. Collins I will be in touch.
