HOWEVER, since it's a horseshoe drive, apparatus could go around the other side of the building, If needed. And also, it would get us farther from the building, in case there's some kind of conflagration occurring. So yes, I'm good with that. Thanks for the most excellent suggestion, Darwin I It's a good idea. Carie On 3/10/104:08 PM, "Darwin Williams" <da_rwinw@elcowater..org> wrote: Joe, Second thought. If it is OK with Carie. Attached is a PDF of a sketch showing the proposed fire hydrant locations and proposed fire line and domestic water service. We have put this together based on our communications in early February. You will notice that we have sketched -in an alternate location for one of the fire hydrants, based on where we expect the pedestrian access path to be located. Darwin — Can you verify the available pressure at the site for the hydrants? Thanks for taking a look at this layout and sending back any comments or concerns you may have. Joe E. Rausch, P.E. Here is a list of items for attention. • Arch L 1.0 - Landscape Plan — the long FH run has several larger trees planned above it, which will become a maintenance problem one day. Request a smaller plant over water lines. Like the shorter FH run. • Arch A 1.0 - Site Plan — Both FH waterline easements should be 20 feet wide, 10 feet either side of waterline. • C21 I Utility Details —The 'Typical Curb Stop...' detail can be deleted. • C000 Cover Sheet — Since the City is not serving water (or sewer) to this lot, Notes 5 and note 10 should be rewritten appropriately. • C001 Notes — Include an ELCO title block. Change the name from `Eastern Latimer County..." to 'East Latimer County....' In note #5 — Fire Hydrant Assembly, change open left to open right. Also epoxy coated show to shoe. 1 think that's all! ;-) Please call or write with questions or comments. Thanks A.
