Staff has reviewed your submittal for SAINT ANDREWS APARTMENTS (300 WHEDBEE)
MODIFICATION OF STANDARDS - TYPE I, and we offer the following comments:

[7/7/10] The East Side Neighborhood Plan states that all use conversions shall provide
adequate off-street parking. Staff will not be able to support the Modification Request for
parking.

for the diagonal parking option.

[7/6/10] Parking - the hardship is self-imposed. As a change of use is being requested, a
use of a 4-plex is being requested it is not a requirement of the City therefore we won't
approve the request to reduce the required number of parking spaces from 8 to 1.

so that an accurate lot to floor area ratio can be calculated

the rear half of the lot so that the FAR can be properly calculated. Letter of intent stated a
full second story will be created.
