We were just requiring that the STC design team inform you of the proposed outfall pipe being installed in the easement. This was just a courtesy and we wanted acknowledgment that they had done so. I think the email you have already sent does that. They are required to stabilize the area of disturbance and plant it with the same vegetation. I would think that would be your main concerns. The area of disturbance should be minimal. I am not aware of any sprinkler system or other utilities in that area, other than what is shown on the design plans. If there is something else please let us know. If you want to see the detail of what they are proposing, give me a call and I will get you the information. I tried to call you yesterday, and left a call back message with your receptionist. Please give me a call if you have questions.
