[5/18/10] Offsite drainage easements are required for the portion of the detention pond offsite and for any portion of the outfall storm sewer that is on private property and not within an existing drainage easement. Where an offsite drainage easement is required, a letter of intent is all that is required before the public hearing. Number: 93 Created: 5/18/2010 [7/30/10] Please show and label the depth gage on the grading and drainage plan. [5/18/101 A detention pond depth gage is required for ponds deeper than 4 feet. Depth gage label added on sheet C05. Number: 171 Created: 6/25/2010 [7/30/10] The drainage report now states 1.22 ac-ft is provided. This can be resolved at final compliance. [6/25/10] The drainage report states that 1.19 ac-ft of detention is required. When adding the quantity detention and quality detention stated in the report, 1.29 ac-ft results in being required. Please revise. Based on a few minor site adjustments, 1.15 ac-ft of detention is now required and 1.28 ac-ft is provided. Number: 185 Created: 7/30/2010 [7/30/10] At final compliance, please provide a basin summary table on the drainage plan. This should include as sub -basins and their areas, c-factors, flows for the 2 and 100-year storm. Summary basin table has been added to the report. Table will be added to the finalize report as requested. Number: 186 Created: 7/30/2010 [7/30/10] At final, please include a pond summary table on the drainage plan. This should include quantity detention required and proposed, water quality required and proposed, 100- year HWL, and release rate. Quantity detention required = 1.15 ac-ft, Quantity detention proposed = 1.28 ac-ft , water quality required and proposed is 0.21 ac-ft, 100-year HWL elevation = 5007.65, and the release rate is 1.85 cfs. A table with these values will be added to the finalize report as requested. Number: 187 Created: 7/30/2010 [7/30/101 At final, please show and label an emergency spillway on the grading and drainage plan. The spillway can be set at an elevation of 5007.70, which will give you the required volume. The berm should be set at 5008.7, which gives you a foot freeboard. The spillway should be sized to take the 100-year developed flow for the site with a flow depth of 6 inches. This will give another 6 inches of clearance to the top of berm. Page 5 • N 8.
