This should include as sub -basins and their areas, c-factors, flows for the 2 and 100-year storm. Number: 186 Created: 7/30/2010 [7/30/10] At final, please include a pond summary table on the drainage plan. This should include quantity detention required and proposed, water quality required and proposed, 100- year HWL, and release rate. Number: 187 Created: 7/30/2010 [7/30/10] At final, please show and label an emergency spillway on the grading and drainage plan. The spillway can be set at an elevation of 5007.70, which will give you the required volume. The berm should be set at 5008.7, which gives you a foot freeboard. The spillway should be sized to take the 100-year developed flow for the site with a flow depth of 6 inches. This will give another 6 inches of clearance to the top of berm. Be sure and return all of your redlined plans when you re -submit for Final Compliance. If you have any questions regarding these issues or any other issues related to this project, please feel free to call me at (970) 221-6750. Topic: Plat Number: 170 Created: 6/25/2010 [7/27/10] We are leaving comment #170, with the understanding that this Subdivision Plat will be filed after the purchase of the property at the southwest corner. [6/25/10] 6/25/10- We talked with Emma McArdle about the small tract at the southwest corner of the property. The City is in the process of purchasing this. The soonest the City would have title is September. It would be nice to include this in the plat, but would require the boundary to change.
