Thank You for meeting with us Wednesday afternoon 7i 17,13.
Construction Enterprises Inc. is building the District at Campus West Student Housing Project at 1308 West
Plum Street.
Following up on what we spoke of in our meeting. Construction Enterprises Inc. intends to lease the property at
1604 Riverside Avenue from Cassidy Turley Real Estate Services, for approximately 6 to 8 months starting the
first of August of this year. The following is our intentions for the use of the property located at 1604 Riverside
Avenue.
Construction Enterprises Inc. will be using the property as an offsite storage and parking area.
We will have temporary storage containers and construction materials placed there and then sent from this yard
to our Plum Street project, in smaller trucks. We will be parking our construction workers vehicle's here as well
as construction equipment. There will be no permanent buildings built on this property while we are leasing it.
We will stage off of the existing asphalt parking lot and will place a gravel base down prior to expanding our
storage and parking needs. We will have water available for dust remediation. We will mow and maintain the
grass area for the duration of our lease. We will have dumpsters for trash and portable toilets onsite for the full
duration of our lease. We will install erosion controls based on Jesse Schlam's recommendations.
Construction Enterprises Inc. will be having a temporary 6 foot tall chain -link panel style security fence
installed around the entire property. We will be using 2 gates off of Riverside Avenue. We will inset the
southern gate approximately 75 to 100 feet off of Riverside, to allow semi -trucks to pull in as not to block
traffic. The northern gate will set back approximately 25 feet. We will have a camping trailer onsite with one of
our assistant superintendents staying in it. He will be in charge of the lot as well as our onsite security person.
Before we vacate the property all off our storage containers, materials, equipment and fencing will be removed.
We will leave the rock base to keep the site stabilized and repair any rutting. We will reseed any grass areas as
needed and will walk the site with Jesse Schlam and remove any erosion controls or repair as he directs. Our
intention is to leave the property in the condition we found it.
