07/09/2013: The two 2" water services and the fire line need to be installed below frost depth,
thereby, eliminating the need for the insulation in that area. It appears that these lines can go
under the sanitary, -over the storm and under the duct bank. The fire line may need fittings to
get under the duct bank. Please review this approach and call to discuss and finalize. It would
be helpful to provide a detail showing the profile at this location.

for mylars.
05/28/2013: Otherwise, all of my plan -related comments were addressed at PDP. When the DA
is drafted, I will include language on the escrow required for the buffer zone landscaping and
the need for a weed management plan.

sequence chart on the Static Plan and the corresponding dynamic sheets for each

1. Per our conversation during the field meeting on May 9th, construction timing and methods in
the river must be addressed. Construction in the river, including the placement of diversion
structures, must not be conducted during flood season which is April 15-end of September.

acceptable. Please ensure this is added to the information on the plan set. In addition, please
indicate approval of a variance request on Sheet C001 Note #48 indicating cross slopes less
than 1.5% as an approved variance (approved as of Tuesday July 9th).
