CC: "'Terence Hoaglund"' <hoaglund(avignettestudios.com> Susan and Steve, In keeping things moving forward on the Water's Edge project, I thought I'd pass on the correspondence I've had with the reviewing individuals on the project. Over the last week and a half I've been meeting with individuals on the civil plans and reports, discussing the old comments and showing them the current plans and how the comments/redlines were addressed back in December of 2007. In doing so, the following individuals/entities have signed off on the plans or project documents and are ready for mylars: City Fort Collins Stormwater (Basil Hamdan): I met with Glen, Wes, & Basil: The drainage report was accepted and the final signed and sealed copies were submitted to Basil this morning (April 9, 2010). ELCO Water District (Darwin Williams, Mike Scheid): I have spoken with Darwin Williams and met with Mike Scheid on 4-9-10. The plans were reviewed and ELCO is ready for mylars. Boxelder Sanitation District (Randy Siddens): I have met with Randy Siddens and Boxelder is ready for mylars. City of Fort Collins Traffic Operations(Ward Stanford): I have spoken with Ward and Ward re -affirmed that all of his comments have been addressed and he is again ready for mylars. City of Fort Collins Natural Resources (Dana Levitt): In speaking with Terence, I was told Dana is no longer at the City. Dana's only comment was that we needed to add the Limits of Development to the pertinent sheets in the set, which has been done. Poudre Fire Authority (Carrie Dann): I met with Carrie Dann this morning and PFA is ready for mylars of both the Civil Plans and Plat. I have also spoken with the City of Fort Collins Parks/Planning (Craig Foreman). The only issue Craig and I were working on was the location of the sanitary sewer service and water service stub to the future City Park. Craig and I decided on a location for these two stubs and the issue was resolved. I spoke with Craig today and we are meeting Monday morning to re -confirm the stub locations will work and then Craig should be ready for mylars too. I have left a message with the Wellington Operating Company (Brad Pomeroy). Brad was ready for mylars back in 2007, but I will re -confirm with him that he is again ready for mylars. I am working with the client on obtaining the contact for Water Supply and Storage, who will sign the plans, but I have not received the name yet. Old comments state that the contact is Dennis Harmon, but I will confirm this and confirm Water Supply and Storage is again ready for mylars. The purpose of all this groundwork was to get everyone back on track and up to speed with the project and where we left off back in December of 2007, when we received the "ready for mylars" and the mylars were printed but not submitted. We are still planning on a formal re -submittal of blackline plans to Current Planning and Engineering on April 21, 2010, prior to the mylar submittal. Per the above parties who have signed off on the plans, reports, etc.... and are ready for mylars, I'm assuming the previous routing sheet list has been reduced to the following: file://C:\Documents and Settings\solt\Local Settings\Temp\GW}0000LHTM 4/12/2010
