The Final Plans (#58-86K) were submitted on May 9, 2007 and went through 2 rounds of review. Due to the current economic times the project review languished for awhile. Steve Dush approved a 6-month extension to the PDP on January 6. 2010. The PDP is still valid until July 18, 2010. We must get the Final Plans re -submitted, reviewed, approved, and recorded prior to July 18th or the PDP will expire at that time. Steve >>> Susan Joy 3/29/2010 11:50 AM >>> Hi John! Sorry, I took some time off last week but I did get your voicemail about Water's Edge. Hooked it up in the system and that project has expired unfortunately. It went to hearing on 1/18/2007 and they only have 3 years to finalize the plans. You might want to give the planner a call to see what you can do, if anything. Steve Olt can be reached at 221- 6341.
