Dear Resident/Property Owner:
On Monday, May 6, 2013, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., at the Christ Center
Community Church, 2700 South Lemay Avenue, Fort Collins Colorado, the City
of Fort Collins Community Development and Neighborhood Services Department
will conduct a neighborhood information meeting to discuss a development
proposal in your neighborhood. The project is referred to as Drake Road /
Lemay Avenue Single Family Subdivision, Project Development Plan.
This is a request to subdivide the 11 acres on the east side of the Christ Center
Community Church into single family lots. (Please see map on reverse.) As of
this writing, the number of proposed lots is 42 but at this preliminary stage, this
number could fluctuate slightly.
The site is zoned R-L, Low Density Residential, which allows for single family
lots, subject to administrative review with the Hearing Officer versus the Planning
and Zoning Board.
The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official
records of the Larimer County Assessor and there may be a lag time between
occupancy and record keeping and rental situations causing some households to
be missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbors concerning this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
