Given the overall TIS is waived and the location of this project on Laurel, which has robust bike and ped facilities. no additional ped or bike analysis is required. I mentioned to him that we will be reviewing the site plan in detail though. Aaron Aaron Iverson, AICP Interim Transportation Planning Director City of Fort Collins 281 North College Avenue PO Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522 970.416.2643 From: Ward Stanford Sent: Monday, April 22, 2013 10:58 AM To: Aaron Iverson; Amy Lewin; Andrew S. The difference in the trip generation of the existing and new use is minimal and does not warrant a TIS. It also does not meet other City requirements for a TIS therefore the TIS requirement is being waived for this proposal. It was also requested that Mr. Lockwood contact Transportation Planning to discuss ped and bike TIS needs. Ward Stanford Traffic Systems Engineer City of Fort Collins 970-221-6630 wstanford@fceov.com
