I also spoke with Dana, specifically about ped and bike TIS needs. Given the overall TIS is waived and the location of this
project on Laurel, which has robust bike and ped facilities. no additional ped or bike analysis is required. I mentioned to
him that we will be reviewing the site plan in detail though.

After speaking with Dana Lockwood, the above location is proposing to be redeveloped from a single family residence
(currently occupied) to a 6 unit apartment building. The difference in the trip generation of the existing and new use is
minimal and does not warrant a TIS. It also does not meet other City requirements for a TIS therefore the TIS
requirement is being waived for this proposal.
It was also requested that Mr. Lockwood contact Transportation Planning to discuss ped and bike TIS needs.
