Comments from Current Planning:
Be sure to provide the letter that in the event of structural failure, the pole will
collapse upon itself and not topple over at its full height.
2. Please provide a shrub bed along the north and east sides of the enclosure. The
species, size and quantity of the shrubs should be provided in a Plant Schedule.
3. There is a tree that has been chopped down along the east property line. This tree
needs to be replaced. The replacement tree must be no less than 2.5 inches in
caliper. This tree must also be noted in the Plant Schedule.
4. Be sure to indicate how the new plant material will be irrigated.
5. Please indicate the setback of the enclosure from the north property line.
6. Please note that there will no exterior lighting associated with this facility.
This concludes our comments at this time. If you have any questions regarding these
issues or any other issues related to this project, please feel free to call me at (970) 221-
