RE: Narconon Fence Request for Extension, PDP/FDP #120023
Dear Stephanie:
Staff has received a request with regard to the Narconon Fence PDP/FDP.
This request is for a 120 day extension to resubmit a revised, combined Project
Development Plan/Final Plan. The project was submitted on December 13, 2013,
reviewed by staff on January 2, 2013 and expired on July 1, 2013. Based on your
request, staff has approved the extension request in accordance with Section 2.2.11 of
the Land Use Code. The 120 day extension will be granted until November 1, 2013.
Please note that the project is eligible for a second, 60 day extension a request for
which must be received in writing at least 30 days prior to the date of expiration.
