On Thursday, October 14, at 4:00 p.m., in conference room A, , 281 North
College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins Current Planning
Department will conduct a public hearing to consider development proposal in
your neighborhood. The project is referred to as Penny Flats Subdivision, First
Replat, Project Development Plan, #21-10.
This is a request to further subdivide existing Lot One, which presently contains
38,024 square feet, into three lots. One lot would be for the existing building and
contain 16,987 square feet.
The other two lots would be north of the existing building and contain 10,675
square feet and 10,362 square feet respectively. These lots are currently vacant.
The parcel is located at the northwest corner of North Mason Street and Maple
Street.
This application is for a replat only. There are no changes to the residential
dwelling units, commercial floor area, utilities, easements, or street
improvements as established on the existing approved Site Plan as recorded at
the City of Fort Collins.
The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from the
Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and
record keeping, or because of rental situations, some property owners may have
been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so
all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
