[7/8/08] Building footprint is being shown on the Landscape Plan, but there is no detailed
Site Plan included.
Another round of review by City staff is determined to be necessary. Please submit the
number of Planning Responses, Site & Landscape Plans, and Subdivision Plats as
indicated on the attached REVISION ROUTING SHEET. Be sure and return all red -
lined plans when you re -submit.

Staff has reviewed your submittal for EASTGATE 3RD FILING, PROJECT
DEVELOPMENT PLAN - TYPE 1, and we offer the following comments:
ISSUES:

[8/8/08] The New Project Routing sheet provided by the Current Planning Department
indicated that 9 copies of the subdivision plat, along with 9 copies of a combined Site &
Landscape Plan, should be submitted. With the plat, only a Landscape Plan was submitted.
This plan was from the previously approved Eastgate, 2nd Filing. The plan should be revised,
or a new plan prepared, to provide at least the minimum information required for both a Site
and Landscape Plan (preferably combined). Also, the Landscape Plan must clearly identify
existing and proposed landscape materials.

[8/8/08] There is a discrepancy in the sheet titles between the subdivision plat and the
Landscaping Plan. The plat is titled Eastgate, 3rd Filing, and the Landscaping Plan is titled
Eastgate, 2nd Filing. Please make consistent.

[8/8/08] Dana Leavitt, the City's Environmental Planner, indicated that he needs a revised
Landscape Plan.

[8/8/08] The subdivision plat scale is incorrect. The bar scale indicates 1 " = 20', but it does
not scale as such. Somehow the image has been reduced on the 24" x 36" sheet of paper to be
something other than the identified scale. This needs to be corrected before the plat can be
recorded.

a. The bearings and distances on the subdivision plat close.
b. The name of the plat does not match the name in the legal description under the
Statement of Ownership and Subdivision.
