This parking lot would certainly be considered to contain long-term parking. Therefore, if the 7 spaces to be changed do not put the amount of compact parking spaces over 40% for the entire lot then there is no issue. Steve >>> Ian Shuff <ishuff@aller-tingle-massey.com> 4/8/2009 3:06 PM >>> Hi Steve, We had a question regarding compact versus standard parking space on the north side of the parking lot of this project. Do you see any issues if we made all of the parking spaces on the north side of the property compact parking spaces (change a total of 7 standard 9' wide spaces into T wide compact spaces)? This would allow us the opportunity to relocate a transformer on site.
