See red -lines for clarification. Department: PFA Issue Contact: Carie Dann Topic: fire Number: 59 Created: 9/5/2008 [4/22/09] Please contact me about Fire Riser Room location. Will it be interior entry or exterior? If exterior, we might need another Knox Box at the Riser Room entrance, depending on distance it is from main entrance Knox Box. Also, we can provide larger Knox Boxes (at cost) that could accommodate probably both residential and commercial keys/fobs, if you prefer that. If you go with a separate box for commercial and residential, each will need a label (plate). You can see an example of this at the Northern Hotel west entrance. [9/5/08] KNOX BOX REQUIRED: Poudre Fire Authority requires a "Knox Box" to be mounted on the front of every new building equipped with a required fire sprinkler system or Page 1
