The proposed infrastructure improvements are planned to be constructed in a single
phase either as a separate project in advance of future lot improvements, or
concurrent with the next property to be developed. Improvements include the area east
of and including Technology Parkway and Timberwood Drive from Technology
Parkway to Lady Moon Drive.
