Approved paint/signs shall be in place prior to PFA signing off on CO for the project. Per our 7/11/08 phone conversation, fire lane striping will be determined in the as noted on page 11, note 3. Number: 11 Created: 7/3/2008 [7/3/08] Horizontal Control Plan (Sheet 7) appears to show a new fire hydrant located in a parking stall, just east of Building 6. The fire hydrant in question has not changed from the approved plan. The hydrant is located in a landscape area as previously approved. Number: 12 Created: 7/3/2008 [7/3/08] Horizontal Control Plan (Sheet 7) shows proposed flexible bollards at the second access point adjacent to the Home Deport parking lot. It says "See note 6 at right." However, there are only five notes at right, not six. Is something missing? The note appears on sheet 6 and was mistakenly omitted from sheet 7. The mistake has been addressed and revised accordingly. See redlines. Numbers removed as requested. Number: 5 Created: 7/1 /2008 [7/1/08] There is a sidewalk shown going to the north between building envelopes N & O for a future sidewalk connection. There is not enough room between the current building envelopes on the plat for this sidewalk to be in a public access easement. The current distance between building envelopes is 4.93 ft, it needs to be 5 ft to allow for the sidewalk. Please modify the building envelopes so the sidewalk can exist when needed. Pa-e 1
