[7/3/08] Regarding the Signage and Striping Plan (Sheet 11): Please schedule a
meeting with me at your convenience to confirm location of not only curb paint also
FIRE LANE NO PARKING signs for the Emergency Access Easement. Approved
paint/signs shall be in place prior to PFA signing off on CO for the project.
Per our 7/11/08 phone conversation, fire lane striping will be determined in the as noted on
page 11, note 3.

[7/3/08] Horizontal Control Plan (Sheet 7) appears to show a new fire hydrant located
in a parking stall, just east of Building 6.
The fire hydrant in question has not changed from the approved plan. The hydrant is
located in a landscape area as previously approved.

[7/3/08] Horizontal Control Plan (Sheet 7) shows proposed flexible bollards at the
second access point adjacent to the Home Deport parking lot. It says "See note 6 at
right." However, there are only five notes at right, not six. Is something missing?
The note appears on sheet 6 and was mistakenly omitted from sheet 7. The mistake has
been addressed and revised accordingly.

We have reviewed the staff letter dated July 7, 2008 and have the following
responses:

The title name on the Plat has been changed as requested.

[6/30/08] The recorded numbers for the Emergency Access Easement, the Detention

be removed from this plat. See redlines.

[7/1/08] There is a sidewalk shown going to the north between building envelopes N
& O for a future sidewalk connection. There is not enough room between the current
building envelopes on the plat for this sidewalk to be in a public access easement.
The current distance between building envelopes is 4.93 ft, it needs to be 5 ft to allow
for the sidewalk. Please modify the building envelopes so the sidewalk can exist
when needed.
