RE: Settler's Creek Apartments, Fort Collins, Colorado
Architects Project No.: 27021
Dear Mr. Shepard:
Per the request of Bryan Aston of MLP Investments we are writing in regard to the alternate site
plan we prepared for this project that they reviewed with you in a meeting on March 6`" 2007.
The question was raised during that meeting concerning the impact on the amount of building and
parking coverage of the proposed site plan versus the previously approved site plan. Based on
my calculations of both designs I have determined the following values:
Original Design:
Bldg. Coverage: 140,584SF Parking Coverage: 123,537SF Total: 264,212SF
Proposed Design:
Bldg. Coverage: 117,563SF Parking Coverage: 134,241SF Total: 251,804SF
Thus the proposed site plan reduces the total amount of coverage by buildings and parking by
12,317SF.
Should you have any questions or comments regarding the above information, please do not
hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely, r ;T
