The question was raised during that meeting concerning the impact on the amount of building and parking coverage of the proposed site plan versus the previously approved site plan. Based on my calculations of both designs I have determined the following values: Original Design: Bldg. Coverage: 140,584SF Parking Coverage: 123,537SF Total: 264,212SF Proposed Design: Bldg. Coverage: 117,563SF Parking Coverage: 134,241SF Total: 251,804SF Thus the proposed site plan reduces the total amount of coverage by buildings and parking by 12,317SF.
