06/10/2013: The electric utility facilities to serve this development will be installed between the curb
and sidewalk. Where the sidewalk and/or landscaping has already been installed, it was out of the
normal installation sequence. The developer will be required to either provide the electric trench, or
pay the additional costs for directional boring. Light & Power will not be responsible for damage to the
sidewalk or landscaping.

06/10/2013: There will be 2 streetlights added on this project. One between lots 9 & 10 in block 1,
and one between lots 2 & 3 in block 2. The landscape plan will need to be adjusted to provide a
minimum of 40 feet clearance between these lights and street trees (15 feet if the tree is an ornamental
type).
