Richael Michels - RE: City Conceptual Review for May 12

Subject: RE: City Conceptual Review for May 12
Richael.
The proposal is to add 15-25,000SF of new facilities to the Odell Brewing Company site. The addition will include an
expansion of brewing tanks, cooler facilities, warehousing, administrative offices, and a relocation of the entrance of the
tap room ( visitor center) to the west side of the building. Visitor and employee will be separated on the West and East
respectively, and a new truck drop-off area and loading docks will be created on the west side.
A modification will be required to reduce the required 80' lawn on the west side of the property which separates the
industrial zone district from the low density residential neighborhood (Buckingham). A 4-5' berm in combination with
trees and shrubs as well as a possible fence will be put in place to buffer neighbors. This will be determined after a
meeting with adjacent neighbors.
