College Ave. ForCollins Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522 97 7.6750 970.224.6134 - faxgov. fcgay.com/currentplanning k August 27, 2008 Dear Resident or Property Owner: On Thursday, September 11, 2008 at 7:00 p.m., at the Dayspring Christian Church, 125 Crestridge Drive, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins Planning Department will conduct a neighborhood information meeting to discuss a rezoning proposal in your neighborhood. The proposal is referred to as the Vineyard Rezoning, File # 19-08. The Vineyard Church property consists of 26.93 acres and is located on the west side of College Avenue just north of Crestridge Drive. The property is currently zoned Community Commercial District. Vineyard Church is requesting 8.68 acres of the eastern portion of the property to be rezoned to Commercial (see map on reverse side). All applicable standards within the Fort Collins Land Use Code will apply to this proposal. The Planning and Zoning Board will review this rezoning request and provide a recommendation to City Council. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome.
