The following information is required to be submitted with all applications, unless
waived by staff. Any item waived must be dated and initialed by a planner with the
City of Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Department.

Transportation Development Review Fee — please contact Engineering at

Ron, I just got a call from Sherry from Engineering and the fee from her office for the submittal is $6667.25. there still is an
application fee for current planning that will need to be figured out as well. I'll give them a call and find out what that is.
Sherry did say that sometime on City projects, rather than checks getting cut, we can just get account numbers and transfer
the fund in that manner.
