Dear Resident:
On Thursday, December 2, 2010, at 4:30 p.m., in the Venti Conference Room
(second floor) at 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort
Collins Hearing Officer will conduct an administrative public hearing to consider a
development proposal in your neighborhood. The project is referred to as Rolland
Moore Clearwire, Wireless Telecommunication Facility, Project Development
Plan, #24-10.
This is a request for the construction of a new seventy (70') foot high wireless
telecommunication pole and ground equipment at Rolland Moore Park located
adjacent to the northeast baseball field (please see map on reverse). The
proposed structure will replace an existing ball field light pole and will look similar
to the existing ball field light pole with a slight increase in diameter. This project
also includes a proposal for an eight (8') foot high chain link fence adjacent to
leftfield with an interior mesh screening. The site is zoned POL, Public Open
Lands, and Wireless Telecommunication Facilities are permitted, subject to an
administrative review and public hearing.
The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official
Larimer County Assessor records. Because of the lag time between occupancy
and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners
may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbors of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
If you have any questions, please call our office at (970) 221-6750.
Sincerely,
ea e
Courtney Ripp
